What is Ippoyo shop about?


Ippoyo shop is an online store dedicated to the import and sale of the Korean cosmetics, Korean food (snacks) and Korean popular products (KPOP products and more). The offer in the store is constantly changing according to what is popular in South Korea, so we recommend regular visits of our online store.




Where is Ippoyo store based?


Ippoyo shop is online store based Slovenia, but we ship to most countries in Europe.




Delivery times


Ippoyo ships all packages on stock from 5-7 working days for international shipments. For all products in pre-order please refer to the information abour pre-order products. Under the section ''Pre-orders''.




Shipping costs


Shipping costs are: 1. Slovenia 3,8 EUR 2. Croatia 6 EUR 3. Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia 9 EUR 4. Italy, France, Czech Republic 11 EUR Free shipping is applied for orders: - Slovenia for orders over 40 EUR. - Croatia for orders over 90 EUR. - Across other European countries for orders around 150 EUR.




What payment methods can I use?


You can pay by credit card or cash on delivery (available only for customers based in Slovenia and Croatia). You will be given the choice of what kind of payment you prefer at the checkout. Please be aware that each payment method has different transaction fee, which our prices (might) not include.




What if I noticed a mistake in my order?


You recieved your confirmation email and noticed there is something wrong with your shipping address or the item you purchased, color or size, etc. Contact us on our email ippoyoinfo@gmail.com immediately, so we can help you. Once again if the order is already processed, we may not be able to make changes as requested. Don't forget, the changes can be made only when the parcel is still with us. For pre-order products, the order is mostly final it can't be canceled nor changed.




I want to cancel my order, what should I do?


Cancellation request must be requsted immediately after receiving the order confirmation email (please note that if your order is already processed, we may not be able to cancel it.). As for pre-order products, please check before placing your order as it is final and can't be canceled nor changed.




What if I want to change my shipping address?


You can change the shipping address on your profile page or while you are in the ordering process. If this is not possible please contact us on ippoyoinfo@gmail.com




How do I track my order?


You can keep track of your order on our shop website ippoyo.si under ''My orders'' segment, where you can see your past and present orders, their status and total proce of your order.

After your order is shipped, you'll get e-mail or SMS text from our delivery partner, including a link to track your order.




My order isn't here yet, what should I do?


Shipping times vary based on a number of things including logistics, weather, customs, and your national postal service. Contact us on ipppyoinfo@gmail.com if your order has not arrived within 14 days so we can check why your order is delayed.

If it has been less than 14 days, your package is still in transit, so please give it a little more time for it to arrive at your door.




Can order if I am not from Slovenia?


Ippoyo shop is shipping all over Europe.

As soon as you conlcude your order, you'll be directed to the ''shipping and payment'' page.

When you enter your shipping adress, our website will show you the shipping services available in your area.

KPOP ALBUMS

Does purchase of KPOP album count for Hanteo chart?


Yes, all KPOP albums are official products and purchasing an album on Ippoyo website will count on Hanteo album chart.




How can I pick desired KPOP album version?


You can write selected version in comment section of KPOP album at purchasing. If the version is not available we will contact you.




When buying a KPOP album there are three options: ALBUM, ALBUM + FOLDED POSTER and ALBUM + POSTER IN TUBE. What is the difference?


If you select option ALBUM (CD) we will send you an unpacked KPOP album with booklet, photo cards, CD, etc. (everything that is included in the album package + any possible pre-order benefits).

When you select ALBUM + FOLDED POSTER, we will send you an additional poster, folded and packaged together in an album package. The poster may also be slightly damaged due to folding. When you select ALBUM + POSTER IN TUBE we will send you two packages. One package will contain a KPOP album, and the poster will be delivered to a special tube, to protect it from possible damage during transport.





PRE-ORDERS

How long does it take for product to arrive to Slovenia?


Delivery of the product in pre-order usually takes from 6-15 days after the product is released, depending on the supplier. For more information, please contact us at ippoyoinfo@gmail.com.




When will you send pre-orderd product?


You will receive the product that is available for pre-order only after the release of the product and after we receive it to Slovenia. If you bought the product together with other products that are already in stock, the entire order will be shipped when we receive the pre-ordered product.




Is the pre-order limited, can I change the item?


Most of the pre-order products are put on offer for limited time, so when product is sold out, you can no longer pre-order it.

For pre-order products we mostly cannot 100% guarantee version selected will available, but we will try our best to accommodate your wishes, if possible.
